Competition will be held under normal fishery competition rules.
The competition will be decided by a points system i.e. 1 point per lb
• Draw peg before commencing fishing
• Fishing to start and stop on sound of horn
• Competition will be held in four sessions
• After each session fisher will move clockwise 8 pegs (may vary depending on number of entrants)
• Once two fish are caught report to weigh in station to record weight and time.
• All fish after first two fish must be recorded and released on following point system
:
1. Rainbow 1 point
2. Brook/Artic char 2 point
3. Blue rainbow 3 point
4. Golden rainbow 4 point
5. Brown trout 5 point
In the event of a tie the winner will be decided on first two fish times.
Note: All Brown trout & Golden Rainbow must be released back to the fishery |
