In the interests of safety and fair sport for all, the following rules apply. Please help us to help you enjoy your fishing at Harpsdale Fishery Park.
- BAG LIMITS: All fish caught up to Permit Limit (irrespective of size) must be kept. Fishing is permitted after limit is reached on a catch and release basis only, up to allocated time.
- The South Pool has a strict NO catch and release policy!
- TACKLE: Fly fishing only. The following methods are not permitted: pellet flies, boobies, wrigglers and no wading. Single lure or two buzzers, nymphs, wet fly, dry fly etc.
- Please ensure any litter is placed in the bin provided or taken away. Discarded line is a hazard to humans and wildlife.
- Anglers may be asked to have their tickets and/or their bags checked to ensure rules are not being broken.
- Anyone suspected of breaking rules will be asked to leave the fishing area.
- Barbless hooks should be used for all catch and release fishing
- Harpsdale Fishery Park accepts no responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to one’s person or one’s property.
- Any other rules will appear on site Notice Board.
