Conditions remained changeable this month, we still had some nice catches with L Crawford from Reay landing ten fish in terrible conditions torrential rain and wind.
A Robertson from Mull landed seven fishin a two hour session.

August Report.
The dismal weather continued for the most of the month with the rain and wind never far away, this made fishing conditions difficult with no fly pattern dominant,Best catch this month was fourteen fish in four hours for Colin Sutherland Orkney.

The weather has been very disappointing this month with only a few dry days,fortunately this did not affect the fishing with some of the best catches of the year landed.B Brindle Spittal caught one of the £100 tag fish.
Best catches George Shone Thurso had sixteen fish in two hours.
